After more than 23 years of military leadership, raising three children, homeschooling, and mentoring young people, I created NextYoungMan to help parents develop boys into responsible, confident, and successful young men.

As a retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, project management professional, father, and educator, I bring real-world leadership experience and practical life lessons to families seeking to prepare their sons for adulthood.
